WHAT WE HEARD: About City Council Behavior
In February 2026, LBT launched the City Council Conduct Pledge, baseline expectations for how City Council should conduct its business based on accountability, civility and respect. In just over a month, more than 250 people signed it, and almost 150 community members wrote to us and explained why this issue matters to them. We have collated these answers and published a summary report that you can read below. Please take a look and read the comments for yourself — it’s clear that change is desperately needed.
